Physical Therapists - The Rewards

Increases in life expectancy and population in the United States will require a growing number of Physical Therapists in order to satisfy demand.

It is clear that the U.S. will be unable to meet this growing demand internally and the opportunities will constantly increase for foreign physical therapists to work in the United States at attractive salaries. Income and professional growth opportunities are some of the most gratifying aspects of moving to the United States to continue your career as a PT.

Your actual compensation package will depend upon the particularities of your situation and market conditions: the state in which you choose to live, the type of setting, the area of focus, the level of your expertise, and the amount of work experience.

Here are some guidelines as to what compensation you can expect:

Salaries for our physical therapists are highly competitive. We do not make any deductions from your salary for any reason. There are absolutely no hidden fees.

We also offer benefits such as: professional liability insurance, workmans compensation, unemployment insurance, and 50% of your premiums for health care insurance. In certain cases, we also offer a cash contribution to cover your first two weeks of housing.

We will review your compensation package at the end of your first year of work with us.
