We are currently recruiting for a Physical Therapist to work for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Nassau County. You will join a team of dedicated health care professionals that pride themselves in providing quality resident care. Our facility has a prominent reputation in the community for providing excellent rehabilitation services.

In this position, you will evaluate a resident’s condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better, day by day. Responsibilities also include instructing nursing staff and residents’ families on follow-through programs that build on the progress made during therapy, and documenting resident care in accordance with compliance regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

4-year PT degree, PT license in country of education (current or in good standing), and TOEFL.
