We offer mentoring, continuing education, individually tailored development plans, customized assignments, annual performance reviews and, for those foreign trained staff, we support any licensing and credentialing that is necessary.

InterFysio has a vast network of client sites across the Tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). We staff schools, after school clinics, rehab centers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and see patient populations of all types.
We also have an extensive network of homecare patients that our therapists visit.
We work with our staff to find them the best placement possible considering all factors, patient population, hours, geographic location and mentoring possibilities.

Immigration sponsorship and support
We offer full visa sponsorship and legal support for our foreign trained hires through our world class in-house legal team. This service is included in our compensation package. We do not make any deductions from your salary for any reason. There are absolutely no hidden fees.
Competitive compensation packages
InterFysio offers strong and stable compensation packages that include regularly paid salaries (with direct deposit, if requested) that do not gyrate depending on hours worked.
We also offer full benefits such as fully paid professional liability insurance, workman’s compensation, unemployment insurance, disability insurance and health care insurance. In certain cases, we also offer a cash contribution to cover your first two weeks of housing.
We will review your compensation package at the end of each year of work with us and increase it according to your performance and market conditions.
